I am currently working as a full stack developer in the Engineering Experience team following my completion of the NHS England Graduate Scheme.

I was enrolled on the NHS England Graduate Scheme. I worked within the Engineering Experience team as a full stack developer promoting best practice and creating software that ensured engineering teams across the NHS could collaborate efficiently, streamline their processes, and deliver high-quality digital solutions. I learnt to work in a complex organisation, adapted to the technological needs of the NHS, and made significant strides in advancing my technical skills as a full stack developer.

Graduate Developer

2020-2021

I cultivated strong programming skills and learnt industry relevant techniques. I used AWS to develop Java applications for external clients whilst working in an Agile team. I collaborated with clients and attended daily stand-ups to ensure projects were completed efficiently and without delay. I created detailed documentation to provide an example to the client on how to use a framework essential to the project. I adapted to remote working during COVID-19, whilst still maintaining successful inter-team relationships.

Salesforce Administrator

2019

I was the first employee to achieve a Salesforce Administrator certification, while interning at Alscient. I created in-house software to improve efficiency of customer feedback, which allowed for great communication and identification of key areas of improvement. I chaired multiple meetings to improve the team's overall knowledge of programming techniques and paradigms. I collaborated with the Salesforce practice lead and senior developers to provide a constructive evaluation of the internship programme and how it could be improved.

Working at PC World has taught me essential skills. I have learnt to interact and understand the needs of customers and how to advise and communicate with them effectively. In a target based environment I have thrived and adapted to meet and surpass them.
